Are you a BIM Technician with 10+ years General Arrangement, Steel, Reinforcement, Masonry & Timber detailing experience?

This role can be based in Cork, Limerick or Tralee.

Senior BIM Technician - Civil / Structural - Ireland

Support the Engineers in the production of full working models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD within the Civil & Structural Departments. 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on one’s ownBinitiative, to co-ordinate models with internal and external design team members, including Architects and Building Services. 

Support the BIM Manager in the adherence of company/client/project BIM standards, methods, and procedures. 

Provide guidance/mentoring of junior staff. You will be involved in an interesting mix of projects ranging from Energy, Residential, Commercial, and Pharmaceutical.

Job Requirements

10+ years experience

Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and other modelling software to

produce both 2d & 3d designs.

CADS-RC and Navisworks would be desirable but not essential.

Irish/UK experience a distinct advantage.

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Have good understanding of client needs and effective time-management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be a good team player.

Strong General Arrangement, Steel, Reinforcement, Masonry & Timber detailing experience.
