Are you an Architect / Architectural Technologist with 3+ years experience working in Ireland / UK?

This is a permanent role based in Cork


Graduate Architect - Residential Projects - Cork


Our client is an architectural design practice based in Cork

They are looking for an Architect / Architectural Technologist to join their team

Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages.

Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.

Attending meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists;

Coordinating the work of contractors.



Requirements

3+ years experience working in an architectural firm

Irish / UK experience is ideal

Good understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projects

Sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD, Revit and preferrably BIM

Ability to work within financial budgets.

Good eye for detail and design.

Ability to problem-solve, but also raise critical issues in a timely manner.


Package

Salary €30k - €50k negotiable for the right candidate
