BIM Technician - M&E Consultancy - Limerick

Our Client is a leading Registered Consulting Engineering Practice specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering

Follow BIM & CAD content standards and development procedures.

BIM MEP Modelling across Mechanical and Electrical Services. 

Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

Using Revit MEP for drawing production including General Arrangements, Sections and Detail Views. Run clash detection on models and generate clash detection reports.

Resolve clashes across Mechanical and Electrical Services using Revit software.

Develop mechanical and electrical AutoCAD drawings for mechanical and electrical from markups provided by engineers

Experience working with Xrefs

Requirements

2+ years’ experience working in the role of BIM & CAD Technician within a team of technicians and engineers 

Third level qualification in Architecture / Building Services / Engineering and/or technical background essential;

Hold a recognised qualification in Revit MEP, BIM and CAD.

Package

Salary €35k - €50k negotiable for the right candidate

Full time permanent position
